Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. All transit time is based on estimations given by the courier and we are unable to guarantee when the item arrives.

Once the package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number or you can track your order on our website by signing into your account and navigating to the Order Tracking page. If you do not receive any email from us, please contact us. Please be sure to check the email address associated with your eBay account and not your eBay system email.

UPS/FedEx is unable to deliver any packages to P.O. Box addresses, please make sure you provide a physical shipping address.

If package is returned to us because buyer provided a wrong or undeliverable address, buyer is responsible for return shipping charge. Radiators Discount Depot is not responsible if buyer does not update shipping information. In the event the item is shipped back to us because the buyer refused the package or the item was undeliverable because of the buyer’s default, the buyer must refund Radiators Discount Depot the original shipping charge as well as the return shipping charge.

Radiators Discount Depot does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items without shipping insurance.

NON-DOMESTIC US & INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Please email us for shipping quotes prior to purchasing. International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty/Import tax, these fees are not included in the total amount of the auction. Items shipped internationally via UPS/FedEx will include tracking numbers. Items shipped internationally via USPS will not include tracking numbers and the buyer assumes all risks for any lost/damaged packages. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns, exchanges, or errors.
